Cancellation Policy
You may be asked for a credit card number or deposit to secure your appointment, especially if it is your first visit to us, it is an hour or longer, or friends and partners are coming together. We understand that you may need to change your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. “No shows” or if less than two hours notice is given a cancellation fee may be charged.
Your Appointment Time
To ensure you and all our clients receive the best service please arrive on time for your appointment. For your first visit please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete a pre-treatment form which helps your therapist design the most suitable treatment for you. Late arrival will mean your treatment will be cut short. As this time has been reserved for you we will require full payment.
Gift Vouchers
Our beautifully presented gift vouchers can be made up for any treatment combination or dollar value, with a delivery service available for phone orders. We can accommodate specific requests or budgets.
Packages
RiSC has ongoing packages plus a selection of seasonal packages, ideal for gifts or a personal indulgence.
Gift Wrapping
Complementary gift wrapping service available with any purchase over $55 from our home hair care or skincare ranges.
Delivery
Can’t make it to RiSC, or we don’t have your favourite product in stock oops! We will send it within the week – postage on us!

RiSC is surrounded by many of Brisbane’s finest cafes. Some of their menus are available at reception. If you would like we can phone ahead so your snack will be ready when you arrive. RiSC clients can enjoy complimentary plunger coffee, leaf tea or organic green tea.
Special Requests
Whether your preference for male or female staff, time of day or having two therapists tend to you will depend on availability. Please advise at time of booking.
Surcharges
A 20% surcharge applies to all hairdressing and beauty services on public holidays or In home/hotel services.
Hygiene
We want you to feel safe in our hands. So, uncompromising hygiene is our priority. All our implements are either discarded after single use, or scrubbed and sterilised with hospital-grade disinfectant.
